Buenos Aires slows down considerably during the summer months and holidays. Fewer people on colectivos (Yay!), fewer people in clubs and bars (Except for tourists; there’s still lots of tourists.), fewer people on the street, even. If porteños have a summer house, that’s where they are right now.
Even the art scene — and therefore Juanele, too — has slowed down and won’t pick up again until March.
Thanks to Dash Hammerstein for the great photos from last week.
